A loaded dump train crosses Pigeon Creek approaching Appalachia on the ex-Southern's St. Charles Branch. The coal is destined to Westmoreland Coal's Wentz prep plant on the ex-Interstate Railroad.

NS local H2E heads West and is about to pass under the last standing EL signal bridge on the Southern Tier at CP274 in Elmira. H2E had a high hood geep at each end of the train.
